Implementation of Schemes to help Small And Marginal Farmers
Most Schemes of the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare (DAC&FW) are for the benefit of small and marginal farmers in the country. The details of such Schemes are given in Annexure-I.
Details of farmers benefited under Centrally Sponsored schemes are maintained mainly by State Governments. Data on Central sector schemes like PM-KISAN, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PM-KMY) and Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) are given in Annexure-II.
