Bengaluru, September 24, 2021: Antaran, Transforming Crafts an initiative of Tata Trusts, cordially invites you to the ‘Artisan Exhibit of Handwoven Textiles’. Handcrafted with love for the upcoming festive season, the first exhibit in Bangalore will showcase an exclusive collection of Weft Ikat from Maniabandha – Odisha, Fine Tussar silks from Gopalpur, Zari Jamdani technique of Venkatgiri, Cotton and Eri of Kamrup – Assam and Loin Loom weaves of Dimapur and Phek – Nagaland.

The exhibit will have a wide range of handwoven exquisite beautiful sarees, fashion accessories, fabrics and home textiles for all your festive and everyday need.

Antaran aims to rejuvenate the handloom sector by empowering artisans to support their journey into entrepreneurship.
