Jaipur, Rajasthan Dec 17, 2021 (Issuewire.com) – WeDigTech held its 11th Annual awards at the Hotel Grand Maple, Jaipur. Under the aegis of its CEO, Mr. Pranay Mathur, each year the company organizes its annual award function to appreciate the efforts and hard work of its team members, and provide a big boost to company culture, values, morale, and team cohesiveness.

In his address, Mr. Pranay stated “WeDigTech is full of talented people. I feel very proud that we have people around who are committed to this organization. Thanks to them, our company has been able to increase the revenue by 40% in the last year, despite COVID.“

The CEO also talked about how as a thought leader in the IT industry, the company plans to launch new business verticals in the coming year. Leveraging the best of human minds, WeDigTech is aggressively moving towards doubling the revenue in the next two years and planning to set up local offices in the US, Canada, Singapore, and other territories. It has set up a new Marketing Team and initiated several new projects in AI, ML, and Blockchain segments.

And in a bid to keep the employees focused and driven towards the long-term goals, the company aims to make the workplace more fun, engaging, and growth-oriented. Consequently, the award function felicitated 17 team members with some great award titles, including “Unsung Hero”, “Fabulous Rookie”, “Marvelous Multitasker”, “Tech Star”, “Mountain Mover”, and many more. The award function also comprised a FUN team competition held among 4 FUN teams, namely The Slaying Ninja’s, The Royal Falcons, Fun Pirates, and Techie Tigers. The competition was a great way to bring the employees closer. It was won by the amazing team- Fun Pirates. Also, there were three individual corporate dance performances done by Priyanka Gandhi, Vidhi Tak, Piyush Jain, Shubham Mathur, Jyoti Khotani, Srishty Jain, and Piyush Jain. All three acts were truly commendable, making the function grand and epic.

The function came to an end with a motivating address from the COO, Mr. Abhishek, who further talked about taking the company to new heights while maintaining a good work-life balance. He also spoke about Group Medical Policy, Quarterly rewards, awards and incentives, Fun teams, and career growth training programs that received loud applause from the employees.
