Mr. Nabil Bin Feisal Bamadhaj is a sensitive and sensible citizen of Malaysia and hence could see the plight of young MotorBike Taxi Drivers who found it difficult to get recognition on their own because they lacked an Identity and Brand Representation for the Native Residents to trust them and use their transport services. He delved deeper into understanding the root cause of the existential crisis that they were going through. He personally met hundreds of Motor Bike Taxi Drivers and their Union Heads to lend a compassionate ear to their problems and also sought suggestions from them. He gauged a similar problem with Restaurants and Food-Joints who had a very restricted reach because they didn’t have their App and Website to broaden their Customer Base. This is when he could also see the possibility of these Two-Wheeler Taxi Drivers Delivering Food, Grocery, Parcels and even carrying out Errands! 

AND IT IS HERE HE SAW AN OPPORTUNITY!

He was intuitive enough to know that only if he could streamline this On-Demand Motor Bike Taxi Industry by developing a digital platform wherein these Drivers can have direct access to their Potential Solo Riders that he’d be able to truly help them and uplift them socioeconomically. He created one single App through which Users can hail Two-Wheeler Rides, order Food and groceries with doorstep delivery and these Motor-Bike Taxi Drivers will even deliver Parcels in their spare time.

THIS IS WHERE THE SEED OF DEGO APP WAS SOWN!

He did extensive groundwork research of meeting the native fellow citizens individually and asking them about their travelling experience with MotorBike Taxis and if at all they are hesitant to use one then why so. Most of them complained about not being able to live-track the status of the Ride and that some of them were upset with the rude behaviour of a small number of MotorBike Taxi Drivers.

Because Mr. Nabil Feisal Bamadhaj has his roots deep into the Malaysian soil, he was well-aware of the congested-suffocating traffic of the Capital City of Kuala Lumpur and how many hours of Riders’ precious time is wasted in staying stuck in this Rush Hour and Blockages of Traffic Jams. And all of this time can be cut short to one-fourth of the original time by travelling Solo on a MotorBike Taxis and it is here the local young Moto Bike Taxi Drivers’ innate knowledge of the streets and its nuances will come to full use.

But now even Housewives can use this single App to order Groceries from any store they so wish in the afternoon while students can have their late-night food-binging moments without ever leaving home. All of this sums up to ensuring multiple sources of income for the Motor-Bike Taxi Driver every day and thereby increasing their earnings manifold while exposing them to additional upskilling and helping uplift the living standards of their entire family and community.
