The use of connected devices is on an exponential trajectory and so are the stress levels of parents as they try to monitor and control what their children interact with online. A ‘Parent’ version then controls the account, with the power to block apps and disallow specific websites.
Sydney mum Clea Sherman has been testing out the app. “I was stunned when my eight-year-old came home from school last year having heard explicit details of sex acts. He had a lot of questions. I have worried about his online activity since then but the filter I initially installed on our computer was frustrating and hard to use.
