The Possible Project Welcomes Dr. Cidhinnia Torres Campos as Senior Director, Research & Analytics

Dr. Torres Campos to support the organization’s evaluation strategy, supporting student learning and growth opportunities

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today, The Possible Project (TPP) announced Dr. Cidhinnia Torres Campos as the organization’s Senior Director of Research and Analytics. In this role, Torres Campos will lead rigorous program evaluation activities, overseeing and supporting efforts to cultivate an organizational culture of continuous learning and improvement. TPP’s mission is to advance economic equity by ensuring young adults develop the entrepreneurial spirit, skills, and networks to launch successful careers.

Dr. Torres Campos has a track record of peer-reviewed scholarly publication and 30+ professional conference presentations. She is a former NIMH Postdoctoral Research Fellow, an experienced program evaluator, and an established research leader.

Prior to this, Dr. Torres Campos served as Director of Institutional Effectiveness for Wentworth Institute of Technology, Director of Accreditation and Assessment for Bay State College, and Director of Academic Assessment at University of New Haven.

Based in Boston, TPP offers high school students a year-round, multi-year entrepreneurship program that includes dynamic, project-based curriculum, STEAM education, hands-on work experience, and individualized college and career advising. TPP’s young entrepreneurs launch their own companies, learn design and advanced manufacturing, intern with local companies, and map their postsecondary goals and plans.
