Scale Microgrids Welcomes Neil Maguire as Chief Technology Officer
RIDGEWOOD, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Scale Microgrids (“Scale”), the distributed energy company dedicated to transforming the way modern energy infrastructure is designed, constructed, and financed, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Neil Maguire as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Neil brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the energy and technology sectors, making him an invaluable addition to the Scale team.
Neil Maguire joins Scale with an impressive background, having previously served as the CTO of Schneider Electric’s Prosumer business and co-founder and CTO of Clipsal Solar, a Schneider Electric-funded venture specializing in home energy management solutions, before that. Under his leadership, his teams delivered award-winning mobile apps, cloud software, and data analytics to enable homeowners to visualize and control their electricity usage and reduce their environmental impact.
Before his role at Clipsal Solar, Neil founded and served as the CEO of Adara Power, a renowned leader in renewable energy storage. His visionary leadership led to the deployment of Adara Power systems in 13 states, thanks to a vast network of 100 solar installers. His dedication to advancing clean energy technologies and enabling renewable energy adoption has profoundly impacted the industry.
Neil began his career at General Motors, supporting the deployment of their first E-85 fuel system and working on emissions technologies and advanced manufacturing processes.
