MACCO Restructuring Group, LLC Announces the Establishment of Its Las Vegas, Nevada Office With the Addition of Adam K. Joseph as Managing Director

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–“An old gambler’s adage from the 1940’s, “Scared money never wins” applies to MACCO’s winning streak in national growth with the launch of our Las Vegas office led by Adam Joseph as Managing Director” announced Drew McManigle, MACCO Restructuring Group, LLC’s Founder and CEO, “which will be central to our West Coast business initiatives.”

Joseph and the Las Vegas office will be supported by MACCO’s Senior Managing Director, Paul Maniscalco and Managing Director Jonathan Horowitz, who leads MACCO’s hospitality practice. Joining Joseph are veteran Directors, Micah Miller and Blake Denbina, with their hands-on high-volume food and beverage, restaurant concepts, and entertainment knowledge.

Adam K. Joseph is a result driven business leader, with over 25 years of cross-functional business development expertise, including scaling businesses through strategically focused management emphasizing improving profitability. His perspective on the challenge of advising companies in operational or financial peril was enhanced by his experience in the global, hospitality and gaming manufacturing industries where, as CEO, he led through both the tech bubble in the 90’s and the financial crisis of 2008, where he consistently exceeded corporate goals, while relentlessly pursuing increased returns. Prior to MACCO, he led the Opportunity Village Foundation philanthropic efforts and was the CFO for a Las Vegas and Houston based family office with equity and debt investments across a wide range of business interests. He earned his BS with an accounting minor from the University of Houston, Conrad N. Hilton College and is a registered FINRA Series 3 holder.

McManigle continued, “actually, the saying should be heeded by middle-market companies’ management who find themselves in distress. You can’t allow fear to get its vice-like grip around your thinking and decision making by doing nothing. Scared money makes bad decisions or “suckers’ bets.” Scared money gives competitors the upper hand and hampers a business’ survival chances – that’s where MACCO comes in, to ‘put out the fire and protect the stakeholders from getting burned’.”
