General Assembly Holdings Limited Files Final Prospectus and Becomes Reporting Issuer in Ontario
TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–General Assembly Holdings Limited (the “Company” or “GA Pizza”), is pleased to announce that it has received a receipt from the Ontario Securities Commission for its final non-offering prospectus (the “Prospectus”) and, accordingly, has become a reporting issuer in the Province of Ontario.
The Company has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) for the listing of its Class A common shares (the “Common Shares”). The Company expects the Common Shares to begin trading on the TSXV on June 3, 2021, under the symbol “GA”. Listing will be subject to the Company fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the TSXV and the final approval of the TSXV.
