On April 11, 2022, Datto announced that it had entered into an agreement to be acquired by Kaseya in a deal valued at approximately $6.2 billion. Pursuant to the merger agreement, Datto stockholders will receive $35.50 in cash for each share of Datto common stock owned. The deal is scheduled to close in the second half of 2022.
