Daiya Healthcare Expands its Behavioral Health Program in Response to Pandemic
BELLEVUE, Wash.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Daiya Healthcare recently announced expansion of its behavioral health program, adding Licensed Medical Health Counselors to its team of behavioral health clinicians. The group expanded its behavioral health program, specifically to serve residents of post-acute and long-term care centers whose mental health has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Daiya Healthcare’s Licensed Mental Health Counselors work with other members of the behavioral health team to coordinate care and provide talk-therapy to residents.

He adds, “talk-therapy is a vital component of non-pharmacologic intervention for patients with behavioral health concerns.
