CRM & Business Software Option for SME’s

The Allbiz Deal Room (www.allbizbizdealroom.com) has announced the impending release of its new business software in October 2021. After several years of development, the Allbiz deal room has been hard at work creating its own business software (www.allbizhub.com) package.

The company began by helping business owners prepare for sale or exit and quickly expanded to assisting business owners with any form of business preparation, including capital raising, approaching banks, or submitting investor proposals, all of which stem from Mark Bouris and the Mentored Platform. The company split from the Bouris Camp in early 2020, when the well-known Sydney family, Manassen’s, acquired 50% of the company from Bouris, with Mike Manassen representing the family’s interests in the business alongside co-founder Matt Holland.

We asked why the business shifted from listing platforms to software. Matt Holland said,
“We definitely plan to continue developing our listing and advertising platforms, but we need a way to help business owners get their business systemised without costing the earth. I know from personal experience that once you have a handful of users, it seems like every time you do anything you have to purchase another $50+ seat, which is simply not practical. Our system can be as low as $7.50 a seat, we even offer an unlimited option. It does everything from traditional customer management to invoicing, accounting, managing multiple entities, email and social marketing, task and project management, HR, and best of all, it works with many systems like Xero, Quickbooks, Zoho, and Salesforce without having to completely shut down existing systems. We’ve only just begun building with at least two years of development ideas ahead. ”

So, where’s the synergy between deal management and listing platforms and software?
Holland said, “Think of it like preparing your house for sale. You typically wouldn’t run an open house with messy floors, stained carpets, and the lawns unmowed. You need to at least clean up the obvious and then it’s as much as the business owner will allow.”. “I’ve had situations where business owners get it and our process has actually more than doubled the price of a business within 12 months. What we recognised back then was that many businesses simply didn’t have the systems, so we started by recommending a CRM and other solutions to better prepare the business. This was certainly helpful, but it wasn’t ideal. We decided to build something from the ground up, but we quickly realised how long that would take, so we acquired a code base that we could customise to our needs, and that provided us the foundation to continue developing to where we are now, and our roadmap for the next 1-2 years is quite exciting”

Is it possible for anyone to use the software?
“Absolutely, we want everyone to access the software; we even have a free user package for people who are just getting started, and every plan comes with a free trial.”

So, how does the future look? Are you getting ready to take on the majors, depart, or something else entirely?
“At this point, I believe we are still in the beta stage of the project.” “I’d say we’ll remain in beta for at least 2022 or until we are satisfied with our products, which may never be the case as we’re constantly coming up with new ideas.”
