Congress mocked what a Chaiwala could do, country brought them from 400 to 40 seats: PM Modi

Addressing a public gathering, PM Modi said, "When for the first time in 2014 I entered the Lok Sabha Elections battle, the Congress agenda used to be how the Chaiwala will run a country and etc. they used to make fun of me in their public rallies. However the country responded to them and brought them from 400 seats to 40 seats."
