AM Best to Lead Panel Session on Insurance Business Transformations at ICMIF Centenary Conference
LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–AM Best will participate at the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation’s (ICMIF) Centenary Conference, which is taking place 25-28 October 2022 in Rome.
Catherine Thomas, senior director, analytics, will chair a panel discussion at the event, titled, “Transforming Our Business to Become Truly Customer-Centric.” During the presentation, Thomas and other panelists will look at business transformation case studies from ICMIF members with regard to their efforts to modernise their organisations, given changing customer expectations and rapid technology developments, in a shift away from predominantly being product-led organisations. The panelists will highlight new operating models and digital transformations that remain focused on building affinity through improved customer experience and delivering customer value through positive outcomes. The session is scheduled for Thursday, 27 October at 3:15 pm (CEST). Thomas holds the chartered financial analyst designation and is responsible for managing a team of analysts with portfolios of global insurance and reinsurance companies.
The Centenary Conference, which is hosted by Unipol Gruppo S.p.A., gathers mutual and cooperative insurance leaders from around the world.
