1VALET Adds Yardi Integration to Simplify and Enhance Property Management
The integration will pull and synchronize data from Yardi’s property management software with 1VALET’s Building OS (BOS), streamlining property operations for 1VALET customers and saving them time and money.
OTTAWA, Ontario–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Leading smart building platform provider 1VALET announced today that it has expanded the integrations of its Building Operating System (BOS) to include Yardi Voyager®, a comprehensive technology platform for residential property management. The integration, which will pull and synchronize data between the two platforms, will streamline property management for 1VALET customers, considerably lowering their operating costs.
Thousands of management companies choose Yardi Voyager to optimize accounting, operations, and ancillary services for their residential and commercial portfolios. Seamless integration allows 1VALET’s Building OS to pull data and automatically synchronize with Yardi Voyager. When moving out residents or onboarding new ones, this synchronization automatically updates resident info, saving property managers time by eliminating the need for double data entry.
