The Mumbai International Airport has recently recorded the highest passenger traffic growth in October. The company recorded 3.16 million domestic passengers and over 1.25 million international passengers in October.
The Mumbai International Airport is 74% owned by the Adani Group and 26% by the Airport Authority of India. The winter schedule started on 27th October 2024. It will continue till 29 March 2025. This will be inclusive of 1,011 international flights and 2,361 domestic flights.
As per the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Indian Airlines is expected to operate 25,007 weekly flights across 124 airports during the winter months. This marks a rise of 5.37% as compared to last year’s plan. This enhanced connectivity will address the growing travel demands. It will also offer the passengers multiple options of destination.
