Amazonia nominated as one of Australia’s best vegan brands for the third year in a row

For the third year running Australia’s leading plant-based protein and supplements brand, Amazonia, has been nominated as Australia’s ‘Best in Vegan Wellness’ brand in the 2022 Nourish Vegan Awards.

After winning the award in 2020 and 2021, Amazonia is being celebrated for its commitment to plant-based wellness and its dedication to inspiring consumers to live healthier, more sustainable lives.

Amazonia Founder Dwayne Martens is thankful for the opportunity to showcase the company’s passion for people and the planet through avenues such as this.

“As a business, our passion for sustainability and human health is embedded in our DNA, so it is an honour to be recognised for this commitment,” Mr Martens said.

“After winning the category of Australia’s ‘Best in Vegan Wellness’ brand in 2020 and 2021, our team is grateful for the opportunity to highlight the steps we as an organisation have taken to become a leader in this space. I want to thank the team at Nourish Magazine for their ongoing support of the entire Amazonia team and their work in promoting the benefits of a vegan lifestyle.”

Australian plant-based living publication Nourish Magazine presents the awards as part of World Vegan Day celebrations on 1 November. Voted on by the Australian public, the annual awards showcase the outstanding quality, innovation, and abundance of choice that makes veganism an easy and joyful option for all.

Amazonia was nominated by the expert vegan team at Nourish and a panel of renowned industry experts that researched, deliberated, and determined this year’s nominees across 28 categories.

In 2020 and 2021, Amazonia’s range of Raw Plant Protein and Wholefood Vitamins and Minerals was the category winner.

Founded in 2008, Amazonia is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of plant-based proteins, supplements, and health foods domestically and internationally, with customers across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Middle East.
