Congress has no leaders, can do anything for votes, says PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi blamed the Congress party for making Assam one of the most disconnected states in the country. Addressing a rally in Karimganj in poll-bound Assam, PM Modi said, “Congress governments and their policies damaged Assam socially, culturally, geographically & politically.”
